This Hoi An cooking class will awaken all your senses at once. Experience the aroma of fresh herbs, the earthy flavor of turmeric and shallots, and the refreshing zest of lemongrass. All of these elements blend and burst forth in a private, cozy, and fun cooking atmosphere.
In addition to cooking, you’ll also have the opportunity to tour a local vegetable farm and learn about sustainable farming techniques from a knowledgeable farmer. Wrap up your day with thrilling rides in traditional basket boats, ensuring an unforgettable epicurean experience.
Note:
- This Hoi An cooking class is perfect for anyone who wants a pleasant and easy day immersing themselves in the rustic cooking and nature of the Hoi An countryside.
- We won’t be touring any wet markets, as we don’t want you to get sweaty and uncomfortable from walking too much in the sun or to inhale the smell of fish or raw meat before cooking, which may affect your appetite later.
- The chef prepares all cooking ingredients in advance.
