08:15 -09:00 – Hotel Pick Up

11:45 – 18:00 
  • Arrive at Tuan Chau International Port and welcome to the cruise. 
  • Marvel at the breathtaking natural beauty of the bay and get your camera ready as our cruise takes you through the central area of Ha Long Bay. 
  • Enjoy a buffet lunch featuring a variety of Vietnamese and seafood dishes. 
  • Visit Surprising Cave – the most renowned and picturesque cave in Ha Long Bay. 
  • Enjoy a leisurely kayaking trip or take in the breathtaking scenery of Hang Luon (Creep Cave) with a rowboat rowed by the local people in Ha Long Bay.

Child Policy

  • Under 2 years old: Free for charge – Expenses paid by parents.
  • From 3 to 4 years old: charges are 200.000 VND = 8 USD.
  • From 5 to 8 years old: 75% on the rate for an adult
  • From 9 years old: 100% on the rate for an adult.
  • Only one child under 4 years old is permitted per booking for two adults. If there is more than one child under four, the additional child will be charged a fee of 75% of the adult rate for using the existing seat.

Cancellation Policy

  • 1-3 days before actual arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking value
  • 24 hours before actual arrival or in the event of a no-show will be charged at 100% of the total booking value

Payment on Cruise

  • The cruise accepts cash payments in USD and VND.
  • Due to strict regulations imposed by banks in Vietnam concerning foreign currencies, only new and clean United States Dollar (USD) banknotes issued from 2006 onwards will be accepted.
  • USD with red or dirty marks, as well as those issued before 2006, will not be accepted as they are rejected by banks and hold no value.
  • Credit card payment is accepted and is subject to 3% extra for credit card fees.
